Come and be a part of our growing family.  We are still in the building process but have made great stride. We've just completed our new clubhouse and laundry facility.  With our Friendly atmosphere and nostalgic “old west” theme along with the beauty of the East Texas Piney Woods region. This makes our Hallsville Texas RV park into something truly unique. When you stay with us, you are just miles away from outstanding vacation activities such as fishing, boating, antique shopping, sight seeing  and more. We are conveniently located between Longview and Marshall. The quaint little town of Hallsville Texas is ideally located to offer you the very best in local attractions or you can just kick your boots off and relax!

Plan your visit to our campground just 7 miles from Longview, Texas today. Here at the Cowboy Camp RV Park, you can plan your day around the many activities that are just miles from our Camp.  Just twelve miles away, is the Longview Antique Mall, or the Marshall Pottery shop in nearby Marshall. Or you can head up to Canton during the first weekend of each month for the world's largest flea market, First Monday Trade Days.   You can enjoy the East Texas Oil Museum in Kilgore, home of the World's Richest Acre.

At our campground near Longview Texas we offer excellent amenities like generous pull-thru sites, full hook-ups, with your overnight rate. We are in the process of providing overnight Corrals for your horses.  We are just 25 miles from Historic Jefferson, Texas where you can take advantage of their Antique Malls or take their eerie Ghost Tours. We're set just two days from the Valley and fifty-five miles from the casinos and nightlife of Shreveport. From here, you can easily enjoy outdoor activities like bass fishing at Lake O' The Pines park or canoeing and paddle boating on Caddo Lake. You can even explore the Texas Rose Festival at the Tyler Rose Museum, a stunning event that's held in late March and early April each year. Visit the Longview Visitor's Center, for exciting upcoming events.

Take in cultural attractions like the Marshall Museum of Art, viewing the paintings and sculptures by Texas artists. You can visit the animals on the Cherokee Trace Drive-Thru Safari and at the Caldwell Zoo in Tyler, then cool off in the pools and slides at Splash Kingdom Family Waterpark. Splash Kingdom Family Waterpark - The largest waterpark in East Texas has just what you're looking for in terms of family fun and excitement! Head to Splash Kingdom Family Waterpark in Canton Texas to bob in the wave pool or take aim at the Big Squirt Fill Station. You can float down the Lazy River or choose the thrills of the Enclosed Body Slide, the Speed Slide, and the Tube Slide. The waterpark includes a designated children's area, plus courtyards with picnic spots. Grab lunch from the food vendors on your way to play mini golf or volleyball. This is also a great place for a party or get-together.
Longview Museum of Fine Arts - Longview's Museum of Fine Arts' Permanent Collection consists of nearly 300 pieces of artwork including drawings, intaglio, paintings, photographs, prints, sculpture, woodblock and works-on-paper that are rotated from the vault on a regular basis. It is our privilege, and honor, to share these works with the community, making Longview a better place to live and visit.
